My harrowing experience with BPP a Platinum Service Provider of ACCA

I recently decided to enroll for ACCA. For the uninitiated ACCA is a global Accountancy course provider with head office in UK. My harrowing experience started with me ordering the hard copies of the book from BPP. Its been more week and the only message that i get in their website is ‘processing’. This reminds me how a smoother process was registering with CFA. A purchaser would get information in terms of the status of the book delivery every alternative date. Hats off to CFA and BPP has to learn something from them
